ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE.

This agreement (the "Terms of Service" or "Agreement") sets forth legally binding terms for your use of the Services that Dr Milind Narendra Ovalekar [“mno1991” or “We” or “Our” or “us”] provides to you, the user [“You” or “user” or “Visitor” or “Member”] through astronrill.com [“Astronrill” or "ASTRONRILL" “astronrill.com” or "ASTRONRILL.COM" or “site”].

The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You, the user, agree to access astronrill.com, "the Site", subject to the terms and conditions of Service as set out here. These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, content and community services offered through astronrill.com (“the Site”). When you browse or register with astronrill.com, whether you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered on astronrill.com), or a "Visitor" (which means that you are merely visiting astronrill.com), you are using the Services; and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any other standing instructions we may post from time to time, such as our Privacy Policy, (collectively, the "Ethicalities") that will govern your use of the Services. ELIGIBILITY FOR ACCESSING THESE SERVICES

When you use the Services We provide you, you represent and warrant that (i) you will truly and correctly enter your registration information, (ii) you are more than 18 years of age, (iii) your use of the Services is not in violation of any applicable law or regulation. If it comes to our notice that you are under 18 years of age, your account will be temporarily held in abeyance until you attain the age of majority [age 18], meaning that you will not be able to participate in any online or offline activity conducted by the Site until then. This freeze is without prejudice to your placement in the priority queue [described in greater detail below], except when it gets activated while you are still under the age of 18, in which case you will be relegated in the priority queue to the extent of the date on which you turn 18 years of age.

YOUR DUTY OF CARE AS A MEMBER

When you become a Member of astronrill.com, you will be in a position to change your username and choose a password for your account. Please note very carefully that the responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your password is entirely yours and that you are fully responsible for all activities taking place under your account. You agree not to use the account, username or password of another User at any time or to disclose your password to any third party or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account. Furthermore, you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any breach of security and understand that we reserve the right to take legal actions against individuals who misuse accounts and memberships on astronrill.com.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.

astronrill.com provides you with valid access to the Science-Spirituality-Jurisprudence synchronisation (through the standing obtained via the EIIR petition, and the modality fully explained in ASTRONRILL) by providing you the facility of online registration of your name and email id for the price that you pay in accordance with the currently stated price on the site. After the expiration of the sixty day period following your payment to astronrill.com, your name and email id will enter the Permanent Roster of bona fide applicants at astronrill.com maintained by Dr Milind Narendra Ovalekar, and securely maintained by us, both in digital and physical form, at multiple safe locations. This is the Priority Queue and higher, i.e. earlier, you placement therein, the more immediate your prospects of enlistment for any Outer Space mission, subject to the various other qualifying criteria.

This online registration comes concurrently with ASTRONRILL, the explanatory eBook that also contains the EIIR petition together with an introduction. This eBook is in the form of a pdf file that you can easily be able to read on any computer using the latest version of Adobe Reader.

There is no physical product.

There are also currently unspecified future offers [collectively “Services”], that will require either subscription and/ or membership involving additional payment(s) that will be made known at that time. The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/ or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the Terms of Service.

FURTHER ELABORATION OF THE astronrill.com PRIORITY QUEUE

As will be evident even from your cursory reading of the Web Copy of astronrill.com, and more so after your perusal of ASTRONRILL, your commendable act of validation of your presence on the Science-Spirituality-Jurisprudence synchronisation through your online registration [with DR MILIND NARENDRA OVALEKAR], ensures the feasibility of your access to specific real world avenues of exploration detailed therein pertaining to REAL & MATERIAL prospects in Outer Space. All other qualification being equal, the final criterion will be the priority of the applicant’s presence on the PERMANENT ROSTER OF ONLINE REGISTRANTS AT astronrill.com MAINTAINED BY DR MILIND NARENDRA OVALEKAR.

We think it important to emphasise over here the fact that while Outer Space efforts and contemporary imaginations thereof are traditionally associated with highly skilled activities based on long professional training; our approach simplifies the issue to the extent that your relevant skills in the usual manner of living on Planet Earth, in any of the diverse fields, would inevitably map onto the relevant slot in the exploration of Outer Space, with minimal re-orientation training.

THE LIMITATIONS TO THIS SCHEMATIC

Remember, presently, astronrill.com does not offer Tourism services for Outer Space ventures or for Inner Space thrills, nor do we guarantee any such eventuality. Whilst the strategic vision described in its documentation pertains to what we feel are eminently realisable goals in Outer Space, the translation thereof into actual reality is a function of certain as yet strange parameters, that would require at least basic elucidation for any meaningful progression. The latter factor is at present a missing link; and any prospect of its acquisition is entirely dependent upon the extent of enablement we can achieve on the Science-Spirituality-Jurisprudence synchronisation.

The reasonably optimistic interpretation of these chances qualifies us to contemplate setting up the priority queue for future Outer Space ventures that, though unquantifiable at present, are a strategically sound target bearing in mind future advances along this line of thought.

All other factors being equal, naturally, priority will be accorded to the individual whose name exists on the Permanent Roster of astronrill.com registrants from an earlier date than the other competing applicants.

Hence, it is advisable that you provide your proper name and an email id that you will keep operational on a more or less permanent basis; as that will help to establish your identity for purposes of according you priority [when you have already fulfilled the standard criteria for competence] for the relevant astronrill.com Technology Missions, as in the case of Outer Space Exploration]. Remember, your personal information is safe with us, and will never be sold, bartered, or rented to any third party, nor would you be subjected to an email barrage from us.

Thus, it is obvious that as in life, the early bird gets the worm; so too, it is all that more important, were you dreaming of traversing a wormhole in outer space, to register yourself on the astronrill.com database as soon as possible. PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION [PIL] SPIN-OFFS & LIMITING CONDITIONS

You may construe certain elements of astronrill.com, especially the matter CHUCK BRANDT presents in ASTRONRILL, when read alongwith THE EIIR PETITION, as sufficient substance for the construction of, or incorporation within, a PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION [PIL] type of petition or legal proceeding. Such a feasibility, operating in “IF THIS WERE A PIL, WOULD THAT SAVE YOUR POLITY” mode, is especially relevant to the USA, the UK, the Commonwealth possession of Canada; to the EU, or any part thereof; and, to the Republic of Israel that is currently dysfunctionally located in Palestine.

You, The Permanent Registrant, are not registering your, i.e. the Permanent Registrant's, Name for an unlawful purpose; and

You, The Permanent Registrant, will not knowingly use your, i.e. the Permanent Registrant's, Name in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this Terms of Service will protect DR MILIND NARENDRA OVALEKAR & astronrill.com, its Sister sites, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, employees, and third party Paid Service providers.

Dr Milind Narendra Ovalekar SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT OR FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY), CONTRACT, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE GROUNDS EVEN IF he HAS BEEN ADVISED OR HAD REASON TO KNOW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. ASTRONRILL IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. Dr Milind Ovalekar SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THESE MATERIALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE CONCERNING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS REGARDING THE MATERIALS.

You agree not to use any techniques such as framing to enclose any of the intellectual properties or other proprietary information of ASTRONRILL and/ or of the astronrill.com website; or remove, conceal, adapt or obliterate any intellectual property including but not limited to proprietary notice or any credit-line or date-line on other mark or source identifier included in the ASTRONRILL E-Book and/ or on the ASTRONRILL.COM website.

Force Majeure

ASTRONRILL.COM shall in no way be liable for any delay or failure in its performance to the extent such delay or failure is caused or is a result of acts beyond the reasonable control of astronrill.com, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, riot, war, government intervention, terrorism, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of astronrill.com.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

WE, OR OUR SUCCESSORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, PARTNERS OR AGENTS will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts, or any other Laws, of India, or of any other country in the world) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website FOR:
(A) ANY DIRECT LOSS;

(B) ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY OF OUR ETHICALITIES.

WE WISH TO EMPHASISE THAT These limitations of liability apply even if WE have been expressly advised of the potential loss.

TERM & TERMINATION

Once past sixty days from the date of your purchase of the astronrill.com membership; your membership account, and your placement on the Permanent Roster, and in the Priority Queue, are a lifelong fait accompli.

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless and until your account is terminated as provided herein. You may terminate your account and end your use of the Sites at any time and for any or no reason. We have the right (at our sole discretion) for any reason to (i) delete, disable or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the astronrill.com Site or any Website, (ii) remove and discard any Content anywhere on the astronrill.com Site, or (iii) shut down the astronrill.com site, with or without notice, and with no liability of any kind to you.

If you terminate your account, we will have no obligation to refund you any fees you may have paid except when that occurs within the stipulated period of sixty days from the date of purchase.

EFFECTS OF TERMINATION

Upon deleting your account, this Terms of Service Agreement terminates and your access rights to the astronrill.com Site immediately cease to exist. Furthermore, upon deleting your account, all your content will be automatically deleted. We will have no obligation to refund the membership charges beyond the stipulated period of sixty days from the date of purchase.

LAW & ARBITRATION

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Government of India without giving effect to any principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Bombay High Court for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. Any claim or dispute in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved in a cost effective manner through binding non-appearance-based arbitration and has to be initiated within thirty (30) days after it arises, or the cause of action is barred. The arbitration shall be initiated through an established alternative dispute resolution provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The alternative dispute resolution provider and the parties must comply with the following rules: (a) the arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online and/ or be solely based on written submissions, the specific manner shall be chosen by the party initiating the arbitration; (b) the arbitration shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; and (c) any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect our Intellectual Property rights in any Court of competent jurisdiction.

HEADINGS

The section headings used in these Terms of Service are for convenience or reference only and in no way shall form a part of these terms and conditions or expand, limit, define, or interpret the scope of this agreement or any provision hereof.

TEXT ISSUES & MISCELLANEOUS ERRORS

DR MILIND NARENDRA OVALEKAR, and/ or astronrill.com, is/ are not responsible for photographic, typographic or system errors.

GENERAL TERMS

Rights and obligations under the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive will remain in full effect after termination or expiration of the Terms of Service.
Any express waiver or failure to exercise promptly any right under the Terms of Service will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-enforcement.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held invalid by any law or regulation of any government, or by any court or arbitrator, the parties agree that such provision will be replaced with a new provision that accomplishes the original business purpose, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.
Nothing in this Terms of Service shall prevent us from complying with the law and applicable regulations.

REASONABLENESS

By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this Terms of Service are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

UNENFORCEABLE PROVISIONS

If any provision of this Terms of Service is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this Terms of Service.
